Robust and efficient topper for denim.
It is equipped with a 1.5 kW (2HP) motor and a 900 W heat exchanger, with a tensioning device more powerful than standard toppers. Additionally, the carriage is capable of adding tension to the leg during steaming.
The two-pedal control allows for easy cycle management: the START pedal moves on in the dressing sequence, while the BACK pedal allows to go undo any mistakes.
All finishing parameters can be set for each program according to the fabric and garment style. When the correct program is selected, the machine automatically adjusts the stored parameters. Programming is password-protected.
Adjustable in height to finish trousers of non-standard lengths (children’s sizes or shorts).
They function as expanders for fabrics sensitive to pressure; a special feature allows them to be used for pencil skirts as well.

Prevents delicate or elastic fabrics from deforming during the finishing cycle. The operator can activate this function separately for the waistband or the leg using buttons on the control panel.

A pair of side clamps prevents the waistband from slipping off the form when the carriage pulls the legs. The tensioning strength of the waistband mechanism and of the leg pulling carriage are electronically controlled. Each adjustment is independent, allowing to finish with ease stretch denim.
