Trevistar CR4 Dry is a blown shirt finisher designed to process both dry and wet shirts. Engineered to deliver perfect results in reduced cycle times, it is the ideal solution for:
Key Features
Operator Comfort
Available Forms
Optional Accessories

Vertical tensioning system with 5 clamps: two lateral expanders, two adaptive front clamps, and a rear clamp for hem tensioning.
The front hem paddles adjust their position to the shirt’s profile, ensuring a crease-free finish with no horizontal wrinkles.

Sleeve tensioning arms with anti-stretch control.

A sensor automatically detects the shirt size and prevents deformations. The tension level of the expanders can be adjusted or completely disabled, for example, when finishing stretch fabrics.

A special function allows easy dressing and undressing of garments closed at the front, such as polo shirts and T-shirts.

The smallest footprint in the market.

Ensures perfect finishing of the armhole.

All finishing parameters can be set for each program according to the fabric and shirt style. When the correct program is selected, the machine automatically adjusts the stored parameters. Programming is password-protected.

New short-sleeve clamps, easier to dress. Always active, they do not require manual selection of the short-sleeve program.

Air drying of plackets, with no contact with metal parts, prevents shine on dark fabrics.

It reduces operating costs, minimizing finishing time and steam consumption. It recycles hot air from the form and redirects it to the critical areas of the shirt: shoulders and seams. The finishing is gentle and wrinkle-free, with no contact between the fabric and metal parts. The shoulder width can be adjusted while the hood is in place.

Allows adjusting the sleeve angle relative to the form during the finishing cycle.

Standard or slim, ideal for fitted or small-sized shirts.

The exclusive SideDry system applies vertical tension to the side seams and directs the hot air flow specifically onto them.

Trevistar CR4 comes standard with an economizer that recovers heat from condensate to preheat the drying air. This system reduces energy and steam consumption while lowering condensate temperature.
